Are your prints limited edition?
Some prints are limited edition. This means there are only a specific number of prints made for each piece, making them collectible and unique. Be sure to check the product page for details on the edition size.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (if applicable). If you don’t see this email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Prints: Since prints are made-to-order, they typically ship within 5-10 business days depending on the printing service and shipping method chosen.
- Original Art: Original pieces will be shipped within 7-14 business days after payment is processed. You’ll be notificed if there are any delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Accidents can happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Can I return my artwork?
- For Prints: Returns are accepted for prints that were defective or damaged during shipping.
- For Original Artwork: Returns are accepted, provided it is in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! I offer commissioned artwork. If you're interested in a custom piece, please contact me. We’ll discuss your ideas, style preferences, and pricing to bring your vision to life.
What is the best way to care for my artwork?
- Original Art: Keep it in a dry, temperature-controlled space, away from direct sunlight. If framed, ensure the frame is acid-free and use UV-protective glass.
- Prints: Keep prints in a cool, dry area, and avoid hanging unframed prints in places with high humidity or direct sunlight.
Can I see the artwork in person before buying?
If you're local, I sometimes host pop-up shows or gallery exhibitions where you can view the artwork in person. Connect on social to hear about upcoming events.
Are your prints custom sizes?
Yes! Every print fits standard framing sizes because you should be able to buy any frame you want.
Do you offer framing options?
Currently, I do not offer framing directly on the website. However, I recommend working with a local framer who can help preserve and showcase your artwork beautifully.
