Please inspect your artwork immediately upon receipt.

Any claims for damage or defects must be reported to us within 30 days.

Problem With an Original?

Each piece of original art is unique and hand-crafted with care. I understand that purchasing original art is a big decision. Because of this, I offer the following return policy:

  • Returns:
    If you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the artwork must be insured during return shipping. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
  • Refund Process:
    Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm that it is in its original condition, I will issue a full refund (minus the return shipping cost) to your original payment method.
  • Damaged or Defective Original Artwork:If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Include a few photos of the damage and I will work with you to either send a replacement (if available), make repairs, or provide a full refund.

Print Return Policy

A print-on-demand service ensures your prints are created with care and shipped directly to you. Due to the nature of these custom products, there is a no-return policy on prints unless there is a defect or damage during shipping. Here's how to handle issues with prints:

  • Damaged or Defective Prints:
    If your print arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged or defective item to process a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders:If you receive the wrong print or the wrong size, please notify me within 14 days of delivery. The correct size will be sent to you after confirmation.
